Best food joints in town
For chinese I go to a small restaurant right off the Belvidere bridge on Cowardian called Yum. For Gyro I go to sub central on E. Main and for fried chicken I like Lee's on broad.

For steak I like to go to Ruth Chris on Midlothian or Texas de Brazil on Parham.

What good food joints do you go to? Including big restaurants and small ones. Share your experience.

Lunch on Summit Ave has really good American style food. They have all the usual stuff you would expect but with a really unique (and delicious) style
Mekong and Vietnam 1 are two really good Vietnamese restaurants both on Broad, Mekong was also voted the best beer bar in America

You guys named a lot. Here's a few more:
Tappahanock Oyster Co.
Lady Nawlins (New Orleans style, great brunch Sunday Funday)
Kenn Tico Grace St. Downtown (Cuban)
Athens on Robinson (Greek)
Double Wide across from Mimi's, they sell BBQ. They were on the food network for best food places in Richmond.

Across from Mimi's Cafe in Short Pump? Or is there a different Mimi's?

It's very good BBQ. Don't let the double wide scare you. I've been there for lunch several times. Tastes like Carolina style BBQ.

The Roosevelt in church hill will blow your mind. Their owner also owns WPA bakery which is also a must-stop. And for the city's cutest little sandwich shop go to Garnett's at Park and Meadow.

I'm a big fan of Toast as their specials rotate regularly and they have a great regular selection of items.

Do you have an approximate address for this place?
